OIL SUPPLY METHOD
 

There are two types of supply system which are control quality system and resistive system. As each system in pumps and distributed is different, proper lubrication should be done according to the characteristic of the system.

Measuring supply System

Measuring system is used with the combination of measuring pump (AMGP-01NS, 01AF-T03-T, 01N, 02N, 03, 05 Series) and measuring distributor (ARD-340, 350, PVO Series). This also supply the accurate amount of lubrication oil. Discharge volume is decided by the Adjust Nipple and as the number grows on Adjust Nipple, the discharge volume increase.
Combined by the pump containing Venting valve measuring distributor supply accurate amount of lubrication oil intermittently to the oil supplier.
The principle of Accurate supply method is that, when pump works it vents accurate amount of oil and when the pump stops Venting valve starts to works and release pressure in the pipe, When the pressure is released, another accurate amount is ready to be discharged.
In order to use with measuring distributor Venting valve should be attached on the pump. Pump should be operated intermittenly. Continuous operation of pump cause full of pressure so the measuring distributor can't move to nest step.
For the intermittent operation of pump. use pump with Controller or connect it with the Controller of machine.

Resistive oil supply system

Resistive system has proportional pump (AMGP-01A, 01M Series) and continuous supply pump(AMLA Series). This is a supply system which makes lubrication oil supplied by the pump the cause resistance with controller of each distributor(VB, DB) or Flow unit (ASA, AJB) and also supply lubrication oil according to the level of resistance.
Discharge volume is decided by the volume vented by pump and the amount is supplied by distributor to each oil supplier.
Flow unit(classified number #03~#04) has two types of AJB Type and ASA Type, the former can be combined with distributor and the latter can be attached to each oil supplier. discharge volume is designed to increase about 2 times according to the growth of code number.

5.Cutting lubrication cost down in automatic lubrication system, it can lessen the number of people controlling lubrication and avoid the possible defect by improper oil supply quantity.
6.Avoid mixing in of the foreign substance. it can avoid the color turning into green and the mixing in of the foreign substance.
7.Power save it save power by reduction of friction on bearing or the surface on which friction occurs.

Operation principle

Oil storage in the tank will be allocated to distributor valve through reversing valve and main line #1.
Grease in the distribution valve pushes pilot piston down to open the way to piston and the grease filling in position runs into lubricating point through distribution valve. Grease in the pilot piston returns to grease tank through main line #2. It completes 1 cycle. On the pump operation after proper interval, reversing valve opens opposite direction and it works backward of the previous procedure.

ATTENTIONS FOR OPERATING T-ROTOR PUMP
 

INSTALLATION

- The pump must be placed where proper temperature and moisture are available with good ventilation,
and it must be placed more higher than the tank.

DISCHARGE, VISCOSITY AND REVOLUTION

- The discharge is in proportion to the revolution of the pump and the proper revolution is 1000-1800rmp, and oil viscosity is recommended to range from 20-70cst. with temperature of 37.9'C.

SUCTION PIPE

- when the suction pipe is installed, make perfect sealing to insure no air is involved and please re-duce to use fittings such as elbow, valve and cock on the suction piping area as possible as. Also suction pipe must 'be short and big and fluid velocity in the suction pipe must be less than 1.5m/sec.

SUCTION FILTER

- A filter in the suction pipe must be used more than 60mesh and suction pressure must be less than 0.15kg/cm, and the capacity of filter must be as many 2 times as the volume of pump discharge.

DISCHARGING PIPES

- The diameter of discharging pipe must be properly spacious so that fluid velocity is maintained under 3m/sec. Otherwise the pump will be overloaded, oil temperature is increased and discharging volume is decreased.

Oil Tank

- The capacity of oil tank must be more 3 times than the discharging volume per minute of pump and please install an level gauge on the tank. It the capacity of tank is too small, it is a reason of the increase of oil temperature and the suction trouble. The distance between suction filter and grain pipe must be the best separated. And please set the baffle plates over 2 plates inside the tank in order to keep away air bubbles and other alien particles.

CALCULATION OF THE SPEED OF A CURRENT

Suction velocity : Less than 1.5m/sec
V = (4Q) / (d2)

HOW TO CHOOSE A MOTOR

- Electric power required by a motor is increased as the discharge of pump increases and the pressure is high. power required by a motor is increased by rising the viscosity when the temperature of the same kind of oil is lowered.

CALCULATION OF NECESSARY POWER

- Necessary power of the pump changes depending on how much viscosity and what temperature the oil has in addition to the original watt the pump has. Please consider the maximum possible limit of power line when you calculate the electricity required.
